Refund and Return Policy
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Select health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays may apply).
- Contact your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@kd1mu-radio.com.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at support@kd1mu-radio.com and send the item to 57 Babcock St Apt 3 Brookline MA 02446.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, mail it to 57 Babcock St Apt 3 Brookline MA 02446. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
For high-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
