Welcome to KD1MU Radio Store, your trusted source for all things radio communication, proudly serving the amateur radio, GMRS, business LMR, and PoC communities.

When I retired from a 40 year career in Engineering and Product Management, and I wanted to give back to the community and formed the KD1MU Radio Store.

We, at the store, decided to seek out high value products and offer them to fellow Hams and GMRS operators. When we couldn’t find a great product, we searched out partners who would work with me to design and build quality products that perform well. We designed our own antennas and LiFePo batteries. The products we sell are not cheap knockoffs. We take on close partnerships with the factories that build our products and make sure they have the features Hams and GMRS operators need. If something is missing and technically possible to do, we will work with the engineers to get it implemented.

Our core partners are IRadio Electronics Co LTD and MVVT0N Battery. Our first product is the DM-4R DMR radio with room for 280,000 Radio ID entries. Other popular products include our 12AH and 20AH LifePO4 batteries and chargers, RF connectors, and titanium allow antennas.

What started as a small, local operation has grown into a comprehensive store serving radio operators across various industries and hobbies.
